注塑机销售岗位职责

AreaSalesManager/注塑机销售经理JobSummary(Purpose)

*IndependenthandlingofrespectivesalesareaincollaborationwiththesalesBackOfficeandcountryrepresentativesorsubsidiaries.

*Establishingandmaintainingcontactwithpotentialcustomers.

*Enforcesalestargetssuchasmarketpenetration,projectgeneration,earningtargets,customersatisfactionfortherespectivesalesarea.

Responsibilities:

1.Customeracquisition,customersupport,customercare

1)Establishcontactwithcustomers,whicharecurrentlyexclusivelybuyingcompetitor’sproductsincludingvisitreportsandfollowing-upwithnecessaryactions

2)Technicalandcommercialprojectnegotiationinconsultationwiththerespectivedepartments(Projectmanagement,Productmanagement,CommercialOrderProcessing)

2.Follow-upoffers,assessmentofthecustomer’sneedsandsellingofIMMmachinesandautomation

3.Negotiationswiththecustomer(eg.prices,deliverytimes,termsofdeliveryandpayment)

4.CreationoftherespectiveordersincollaborationwiththesalesbackofficeandCommercialOrderProcessingdepartment

5.Managementoforderrevisions,claimmanagementandcashflowimprovement

6.Objectofthetasks:Securingintheshort-andmedium-termorderobjectandprofit

7.SecuringcustomersatisfactionandloyaltyalsobysupportingtheAfterSalesandServiceteams

8.Representationthecompanyatthecustomer,externalsalesorganisationsandtradeshows

UniversityDiplomainPlasticsEngineeringTechnology,MechanicsandMachineBuildingorBusiness.
