JobResponsibilities工作职责
—甄别,选择和建立公司对内对外的招聘渠道,并根据招聘实施情况进行优化;
—根据部门业务发展进行招聘需求的统计、分析;
—完善公司的招聘流程,组织实施招聘活动;
—协助部门进行工作分析,完成职位说明书;
—建立后备人才选拔方案和人才储备机制;
1.Identify,selectandestablishcompanyinside&outsiderecruitmentchannels,andoptimizethechannelaccordingtorecruitmentsituation.
2.Workcloselywithlinemanagertostatisticsandcheckdepartmentrecruitmentneedsbasedondepartmentbusinessdevelopment.
3.Improvecompanyrecruitmentprocessandimplementrecruitmentactivities.
4.WorkwithlinemanagertoanalysisrecruitmentrequirementandfinishJD.
5.Setuptalentpool
