•负责本小组非生产物资的采购工作,帮助和指导采购员与厂商谈判,以取得公司的最大利益

•协助非生产高级采购经理关于本部门非生产物资采购计划和策略的制定

•参与供应商的考察、选点及定点工作,建立完善供应厂商体系,定期对供应厂商进行考评

Participateinsuppliercheckandsourcing,setupandimprovesuppliersystem,auditthesuppliertermly.

•按比价采购的原则,牵头组织招标和议标,并制定相关制度和程序,对采购员进行控制和管理;

Organizethebiddinganddiscussingaccordingtothepricerelationsprinciple,andestablishrelevantpolicyandprocedure,andmanagebuyerteam

•负责建立、健全采购台账,完整、准确地向上级主管和相关部门提供有关信息;

Beresponsibletosetupandimprovepurchasingarchive,providerelatedinformationtosupervisororrelevantdepartment.

•负责牵头非生产物料采购的询价工作,根据估算审核本部门的价格;

•完成上级主管交办的临时工作

任职要求:

作为非生产采购主管,支持非生产高级采购经理组织生产制造以及工厂运营所需物资的配套及采购

任职条件Qualifications:

•大学汽车、机械工程、工商管理或贸易经济专业毕业,3年或以上相关工作经验者

Universitydegreeinautomobile,mechanicalengineering,businessadministrationortradeandeconomics,withatleastthreeyearsofexperienceinrelatedfields.

•熟悉企业的生产经营活动,具有国际、国内商业贸易、法律的专业知识以及一定的会计和税务知识

Familiarwithenterpriseoperationalactivitiesandequippedwithknowledgeofinternationalanddomestictrade,laws,accountingandtax.

•良好的谈判技巧,具有独立的判断能力

Goodnegotiationskillsandcapableofmakingjudgmentsonyourown.

•良好的敬业精神和心理素质,团队协作能力强

Devotedtowork,goodteamplayer.

•较好的口头及书面表达能力,通过大学英语四级
