1.TomaintainclosecontactwithgrowingusernetworkofGBIsubscriptiondatabaseservice.Encouragefrequentuseofsystem,respondtoquestionsandsuggestionsandpromoteclientsatisfaction
2.Provideproducttrainingsforallaccounts
Keyresponsibilitiesandaccountabilities:
1.Supportkeyaccountmanagerstoensurecurrentclientrenewal
2.Buildsolidrelationshipwithclientkeycontactpersonfordailyoperations
3.Timelyanswerclientquestions,supportclientservicetickets,organizetrainingfornewuserswhenneeded
4.Proactivelyunderstanduserneeds
5.GiveClientfeedbackstoProductteaminastructureway,coordinatewithanalystandITteameffortstocontinuallyimprovingproductbasedonclientuse/response
6.GiveeffectivetrainingtoclientwithsolidknowledgeofGBIproducts
7.Capableofidentifyclientdemandandintroducesalesopportunitiestokeyaccountmanagerorsalesspecialist
8.WorkcloselywithGBIcompanyleaderstodevelopclientloyaltyprogramsanduserincentives
9.Developclientmonthlyandquarterlyreportswithstronganalyticalskills
10.Monitorkeyclientusagefrombackendandmanageabnormalhighusageandlowusageusers
