MajorResponsibilities

1.ClaimsHandling(mainlynon-marineclaims)accordingtoauthoritylimits,prescribedclaimsguidelinesandagreedservicestandard

•toreceiveclaimnoticeandregisteritinsystemtimely

•toreviewpolicycoverage

•tosetupandupdatereservesinsystem

•toreviewandfollowupalloutstandingcasesregularly

•tocompleteclaimadjustmentindependentlyorworkingwithlossadjusters/surveyors

•toprocessclaimpayments

•topursuerecoveryifpossibletokeeptheclaimcoststotheminimum

•tomonitortheperformanceofserviceproviders

•torefercasesoutsideofauthoritylevel,preparingreferraldocumentationandmaterialsasappropriate

•claimsliaisonwithotherAllianzgroupcompanies

2.Collaboration

•toreportmajorlossestothemanagement

•todiscusswithITtogeneraterequiredreports

•toprepareandshareclaimhistory/analysisreportswithclients,brokersandunderwriters

•tomeetmajorclientsandbrokerstodiscussspecificcases,reviewclaimserviceperformanceorpromoteourclaimservice

•tosupporttheClaimsHeadinthemanagementoftheclaimsoperationtoachieveoperationalefficiencyandsupporttheadvancementoftheteamandcompanyobjectives.

1.Bachelordegreeorabove&/orinsuranceprofessionalqualification

2.5yearsoraboveexperienceingeneralinsuranceclaimhandlingmainlyinliabilityclaimsandinternationalinsurancecompanies

3.GoodatEnglishreading,speakingandwriting

4.Stronganalyticalandcommunicationskills

5.FamiliarwithMicrosoftOfficeapplications

6.Self-motivatedwithhighintegrity

7.Willingtoworkunderpressureasateam
