•Inpartnershipwithglobaloperationsleaders,directsandensuressuccessfulsupplychain,operations,Quality,manufacturinganddistribution.
•ManageRegionmarketperformance—commercialplanexecution,forecasting,gap-to-closeanalysesandcorrectiveactionsasrequired
•PerformdetailedanalysisandroutinereportingtobusinessleadershipofRegionbusinessperformance(i.e.Regionrevenue,forecast,programimplementationstatusandresults)sothatappropriateactionscanbeplanned.
•WorkwithpricingandsalesleadershiptooptimizeRegionpricing
•Planandexecutecountry-levelNPIs
•PlanandexecuteproductandcomponentSourcingstrategies
•OverseeCountrybudgetanddirectfinancialdecisionsandspendtooptimizethegrowthandprofitabilityofthemarket.
•InpartnershipwithRegionalDirectorandSalesandMarketing,identifythegrowthopportunitiesanddirectteamactivities
•ProvidetheleadershipandoperatingroutinestoensurecollaborationandexecutionwithinChinaorganizationandbeyond
•SupportAPACregionalinitiativesasneeded.
•Leaddiligenceandintegrationactivitiesasneeded.
