RoleDefinition:
TheroleoftheChinaHRteamistosupporttheChinagrowthstrategywiththeestablishmentandmanagementofarangeofspecialist,peoplefocusedservicesincludingorganizationallearning,leadershipandsuccession,diversity,workforcecapabilityplanning,recruitment&retention.TheHRteamarealsoresponsibleforremunerationandcommunications.
TheHROfficerperformsawiderangeofdutiesassociatedwithsomeorallofthedifferentfunctionalHRareas,includingpayroll,HRreportingandanalysis,recruitment,training,employmentpolicyandbenefits.
MajorAccountabilities:
1.Handlethehiringprocedureofnewon-boardingemployees;
2.Continuouslyimprovetherecruitmentprocessanddevelopbestpractices
3.WorkwithoutsourcedpayrollprovidertoadministerChinapayrollprocessesacrossShanghaiandBeijing
4.Managepayrollsetupandrelatedprocessesfornewstaff
5.Managestaffmovementsandemploymentchanges.
6.Keepemployeerecordsup-to-dateinPeoplexpressandHRportalbyprocessingemployeestatuschangesintimelyfashion
7.Maintainemployeeannualleavesystem.
8.Handelworkingvisaapplications&renewal.
9.ProvideregularHRReporting&Analysiswhererequired
10.Handleadministrationofemployeebenefitsincludingmedicalandinsurancecoverage
11.Processpersonnelformsandassureproperapprovalsinplace
12.Maintainpersonnelfilesincompliancewithapplicablelegalandcompliancerequirements
PositionRequirements:

1.Atleastabachelordegreewith3to5yearsrelevantHRexperience.
2.Strongexperienceinpayrollmanagement,administrationofemployeebenefitsandHRreportingandanalysis
3.GoodgeneralknowledgeofemploymentlawsandpracticesinChina
4.Strongattentiontodetailandorganizationskillsincludingmanagingprioritiesandmeetingdeadlines
5.Takesinitiativetoidentifysolutionsandsolveissues
6.Excellentspelling,grammar,andwrittencommunicationskills
7.Customerfocused–followsuppromptlyandensuresstaffmembersarecommunicatedwithinatimelyfashion
8.Highlevelofinterpersonalskillstohandlesensitiveandconfidentialsituationsanddocumentation
