JobDescription:

•Responsiblefortimely&accuratemonth-endclosingandreportingtoHQ;

•Timelyfollow-upandresolvingofBSreconciliationitemsandagingitems;

•PreparevarianceanalysisreportwithcommentaryandPPTforpresentationtoHQ;

•ReviewprojectP&Landprojectstatusreporttogetherwiththedeliveryteam;

•Workcloselywiththebusinessunitsforthepreparationofmonthlyforecast,quarterlyforecastandyearlybudget;

•LiasewithHQonnewreportingrequirements,systemroll-out/upgradeandad-hocrequest;

•Interfacewithexternalauditorstoensurethatallstatutoryrequirementsaremetandthattaxreturnsarefilesinaccordancewithapplicablelawsandstatutes;

•Assistinpromptreviewofcashflowstatus;workcloselywiththebankfortheissuanceofbankerguarantee;

•Superviseasmallteamtocreatestandardprocesses,controlsandensureallalignedtoHQprocessesandcontinuousimprovementinbusinessprocesseffectivenessandefficiency;

•Participateinthefinancialevaluationofproposal

TheSuccessfulApplicant:

•Universitydegreeholderwithprofessionalaccountingqualificationpreferred(e.g.CPA,ACCA)

•Minimum8yearsofprofessionalexperienceinamultinationalcompany,3yearsonmanagementposition.

•ITCompanyworkingexperienceismuchpreferred.

•StrongcommunicationskillsinEnglishandChineseareessential

•Attentiontodetails(especiallyinnumbers),whiledemonstratinggoodbusinessacumenaswell

•Highpersonalintegrityandstrongcommitmenttoethicalbehavior

•Self-motivatedtolearnnewconceptsandparticipateinnewprojects
