JobDescription(KeyResponsibilities):
·ProvidesupporttotheProjectManager,andassistindeliveringsmallsizedprojects,andprofessionalassignments,
ineithernewbuildorliveoperatingbusinessenvironments.
为项目经理提供支持,在新建或现存的商业环境中,协助项目和专业的任务
·SiteDocumentcontrol;
现场文件管理;
·Draftsitemeetingminutesandreport;
现场会议纪要和项目报告;
·AbilitytotakeasimplebrieffromaProjectManagerandhelpdeliverprojectsolutionsthatsupporttheproject
outcome.
能从项目经理处概括信息,帮助实施项目的解决方案
·Provideprojectactivitycoordination,reviewingallcurrentandplannedprojectactivity,trackingresourcesassigned
toeachproject,andliaisonwithcustomerstoensureminimalimpacttoClient.
协调项目活动,审查所有现行和计划中的项目活动,追踪分配到各个项目的资源,与客户保持联系以确保对客户的影响最小化
·Assessmentofprojectdeliverysuccessfromanoperationalandcustomerperspective.
从运营和客户方面评价项目交付

·3+years’experienceinprojectmanagement,on-siteexperiencepreferred
三年以上项目管理经验,有现场经验者优先
