财务成本核算岗位职责
成本核算经理-财务1.协助高级经理根据分配的零件类型组(Commodity)建立成本核算小组。

2.协助直线经理建立成本核算的统一工作流程,标准化每个成本核算工程师的工作步骤和沟通及汇报方式。
CreatetheworkflowandprocessforCE,anduniformallofworkinstructureandreportformat&model.
3.明确制定成本核算团队的工作职责以及对外合作输出数据的范围和合作方式。
ClearlysetuptheresponsiblityandworkscopeforCEteamanddefinehowandwhoCEteamshouldworkwith/ontooutput.
4.带领团队设定新车型项目的采购成本目标价格,输出给项目组,作为采购定点的目标成本参考。
Leadteamestimatethepurchasingcosttargetfornewprogramtoprogramteamandasbasedtargetforsourcingnomination.
5.定期汇报新车型项目成本估算价格请况和汇总,参加所有成本目标相关的讨论会,包括母公司和相关部门(PUR/PD/FIN等)。

6.负责收集发展成本核算所需要的相关数据(包括供应商、竞争对手、市场、工程等)建立成本核算的大数据库,帮助团队提高工作效率和业务能力。

7.建立每个车型不同Commodity的成本核算模型,支持快速估算新车型的目标价格。

8.对于定点后的工程变更成本进行估算,输出给项目组作为成本控制信息参考,确保整车成本在预算范围内。
