财务控制经理

岗位职责:

1、负责中国与印尼两地公司建立健全公司内部控制体系,并对内控制度的执行进行监督

2、负责公司全面预算执行,防范汇率及公司财务类风险;

3、负责公司财务、法务以及审计工作;

4、负责中国大陆、香港、印尼税务,相关事宜;

5、负责编制或者审核中国和印尼财务分析报告,包括但不限于月度利润表,季度分析报告,费用跟踪表、年末预测等;’

6、负责现金流量管理、营运资本管理及资本预算、企业融资管理、企业资本变动管理等

7、参与公司重要事项的分析和决策,为公司业务发展、经营活动等事项提供财务方面的分析和决策依据;

8、协助维护投资者关系。

任职要求:

1、英文流利;有海外工作背景者优先。

2、本科及以上学历,财务、金融、会计等专业;

3、十年及以上相关工作经验,从事金融或互联网公司工作4年以上,有四大行背景及熟悉香港税务知识者优先;

4、会计师以上职称,或有CPA、CIA证书者优先

5、良好的沟通能力、较强的主观能动性、良好的解决问题能力。
