-协助经理制定详细的尺寸认证与匹配计划

-协助经理制定新车型阶段与量产阶段各项与尺寸认证匹配相关的KPI

-负责测量数据的统计分析并对冲压件,车身件,整车尺寸状态认证,分析改善与汇报。

-如果有第三方供应商参与,负责与供应商进行技术交流并对其进行有效管理

-项目后期负责实车尺寸匹配验证工作,包括MBK(PCF),CUBING,整车DTS达成等活动。

任职要求:

-车辆工程或者机械自动化相关专业学士或其他技术学科。

ABachelorinMechanicalandautomationEngineeringorothertechnicaldiscipline.

-熟悉尺寸认证及匹配流程(熟悉Cubing,Meisterbock/PCF等匹配工具),精通尺寸链分析,熟悉GD&T相关标准

WellknownaboutDimensionvalidationandmatchinganalysisprocess(familiarwithCubing,Meisterbock/PCF);wellmasterdimensionchaincalculation;familiarwithGD&Tstandard.

-语言技能:普通话和英语说写流利

Languageskills:fluentinEnglishandMandarin(bothwrittenandspoken)

-IT技能:熟练使用CATIA/UG。掌握所有微软办公室软件的高级应用知识,包括Project.

ITskills:advancedworkingknowledgeofCATIA/UGandallMSOfficeapplications,includingProject

-沟通技巧:在和工程师讨论技术问题或向主任展示技术问题时,能够胜任并充满自信。

Communicationskills:competentandconfidentwhendiscussingtechnicalissuesfromengineerleveltopresentingoutatdirectorlevel

-经验:汽车行业5年以上的尺寸认证与匹配经验。有至少一个完整的尺寸认证与匹配分析的项目经历。有前期尺寸工程开发的优先

Experience:5+years’experienceindimensionvalidationandmatchinganalysisexperience.Havecompleteatleastoneprojectexperienceindimensionvalidationandmatchinganalysis.Bettertohavedimensionengineeringdevelopmentexperience.

-具备为分析问题并找出最佳方案的能力,正面有效的问题解决方法。
