1、FullresponsibleforthesecurityandenvironmentmanagementofQADept.全面负责品质保证部的安全、环境

2、EstablishandmaintaintheQCandQAsystem,thoroughlyguaranteetheorganizational,technicalperformanceofQAdepartment.建立并维护公司的质量管理和质量保证体系,全面负责品质保证部的组织绩效、技术绩效

3、MaintainandimproveISO9001/TS16949managementsystem,takechargeofallthedailyworkaboutthissystem维护并改进ISO9001/TS16949.管理体系,负责该体系管理的所有日常工作

4、Beresponsiblefortheproducequalityofcompany,monitorthequalitymanagementofrawmaterials,intermediateproductsandfinishedproducts.对公司的产品质量负责,监控原料、中间品和最终产品的质量管理

5、Beresponsibleforthetechnicalcommunicationwithcustomersandprovidetimelytechnicalserviceorsolution.负责与客户的技术沟通并适时提供技术服务/问题解答

6、Executealltherequirementsofqualitysystemstrictlyandurgethesubordinatestofollowtherequirementsfaithfully.严格执行质量体系的各项要求,并督促下属严格遵照执行

7、Handlecustomercomplaintsandattendsupplieraudit.协调客户投诉事宜,参加供应商审核

8、Takemultiplemanagement/trainingmethodstoconstantlyenhancethequalityawarenessofall.采取多种形式的管理/培训方式,不断提高全员的质量意识

9、Takeeffectivecontrolofthedepartmentexpenseandqualitymanagementexpenseofcompanyonthepremiseofqualityguarantee.在保证质量的前提下,有效控制部门费用和公司质量管理费用

10、Setandchecktechnicalstandardsandjobspecifications,promotestandardmanagementwithinsection.负责制定并审核课内技术标准、作业规范,并推行标准化管理

11、Enactperformanceassessmentstandardsforthesubordinateandcarryitout.负责制定下属的绩效考评标准和绩效考评的实施

12、Learnnewanalyticaltechnologyunceasingly,bringinnewequipmentandimplementnewmanagerialmethodtoimproveorganizationalworkefficiency.不断学习新技术、引进新设备和实施新的管理方法,提高组织的工作效率

任职要求:

1.Collegeorabove大专及以上

2.Chemistryoranalyticalchemistry化学或化学分析专业

3.RelatedtrainingofISO9001andTS16949system接受过ISO9001和TS16949体系相关培训

4.VerygoodatsettinguptheISO9001systemandgoodplanningskills.BefamiliarwithTS16949wouldbeabigadvantage.SkillfulatMSofficesoftwareandLotusNotesmailsystemandPC.Willingtolearnnewthings擅长于建立ISO9001体系以及制定计划,熟悉TS16949体系者优先考虑,熟悉微软软件,LotusNotes邮件系统以及电脑操作,愿意学习新知识

5.10yearsoraboveworkexperienceinpetroleumchemicalmanufacturingcompanyorchemicalbackgroundfactoryincludingatleast5yearsmanagementexperienceinQA/QCsystem10年以上石化厂或化学背景工厂的工作经验和5年以上质量保证或质量控制体系管理经验

6.GoodEnglishabilityofreading,writing,listeningandspeaking良好的英语读、写、听、说能力

7.Goodabilityoforganization,communication,coordination,implementation良好的组织、沟通、协调、执行能力
