MAINDUTIESANDRESPONSIBLITIES

主要职责

1.Interfacingstakeholders:

主要沟通的利益相关方

a.Internalstakeholders:Commercialteam,Sales(Salesrepresentative,areaandregionalsalesmanager,Chiefofcommercialoperations),Marketing(Productmanagers,ApplicationmanagersandMarketingdirector),OtherfunctionswithinMedicaldepartment(Clinicaloperation,Pharmacovigilance)

内部利益相关方:公司的商业团队,如销售(一线销售代表、销售经理、大区经理、商业运营总监)、市场人员(产品经理、应用经理、市场总监)、医学部内部职能部门(临床研究、药物安全警戒)

b.Externalstakeholders:KeyOpinionLeader,Departmentchiefofthemajortier3hospital,leaderofnationalandregionalradiological,cardiologistandultrasoundassociation

外部利益相关方:学术带头人,主要指全国的区域性放射介入、放射和超声学会负责人、各大三甲医院科室的主任医师

2.Providemedicalservicetointernalandexternalstakeholders:

为内部和外部利益相关方提供医学服务:

a.Collectanddisseminateproductrelatedkeyliteratureandcurrentprogressthroughvalidatedliteraturechannels;

整理、传递产品关键文献和最新研究进展

b.Organizeorprovidetrainingandeducationofproductknowledge,managementofadverseevents,processandrequirementsofmedicalrelatedtopics(Investigatorinitiatedstudy,literaturesearchandPharmacovigilanceetc.),clinicaltrialandGCPconceptetc.

组织或提供培训:产品特性、不良反应的应对、医学流程(研究者发起研究、文献检索和药物安全警戒等)、临床试验和GCP理念等

c.Providesupporttoprofessionalserviceinmanagingclinical,medicalandscientificrelatedinquiriesregardingproducts,providemedicalinsightsforsalesandmedicalstrategies;

向医学专业服务团队提供医学意见,协助解答关于产品的日常医学相关疑问,向销售与市场策略提供医学洞见;

3.Coordinateregionalmedicalactivities

所负责区域的医学部事务协调

a.ClinicalTrial:withtheaidofclinicaloperation,assistthemanagementofregionalCompanySponsoredTrialtogetherwithCROstaffs,facilitatethecommunicationofregionalInvestigatorInitiatedStudy

临床研究:在医学部临床研究部门的支持下,协助CRO公司人员管理区域的公司发起临床研究,协助区域内研究者发起研究的沟通;

b.ProfessionalServices:Withtheaidofprofessionalservices,providesupportinclinical,medicalandscientificrelatedinquiries,EnglishandChinesemanuscriptpolishrequests

医学专业服务:在医学专业服务部门的支持下,负责区域临床、医学和科学相关咨询的解答和论文润色服务

c.Pharmacovigilance:withtheaidofPharmacovigilance,communicationofsevereadverseevents

药物安全警戒:在医学部药物安全警戒部门的支持下,协助严重不良反应的现场调查与沟通

d.RegulatoryAffairs:withtheaidofregulatoryaffairs,facilitatethecommunicationtoRArelatedqueries

法规注册事务:在法规注册部门的支持下,协助相关咨询的沟通工作

4.Otherworkassignedbysuperior

任职资格:

JOBREQUIREMENTS

工作要求及录用条件

1.Bachelordegreerequired,masteraboveispreferred,mustberadiology,bioengineeringorclinicalrelated

医学学士,硕士以上学历更好,必须是影像医学(放射、超声、核医学)、生物医学工程或临床医学相关教育背景

2.Workexperienceofhospitalradiologicalorinterventionalradiologydepartmentorcompanyinradiologicalindustry

影像医学科室(放射、超声、核医学、介入科)或影像领域公司的工作经历

3.ExcellenceoforalandwrittendailyEnglishandpreferredabilityinmedicalEnglish

必须具备良好的日常英语能力(书面与口语),优先考虑医学英语能力突出者

4.Experienceofclinicaltrialsandpublicationisnotamust,buthighlypreferred

影像相关临床研究和论文发表经历并非必须,但属于强烈推荐的优先考虑条件

5.Preferredgoodpresentationskillsandexperience;

具备优秀的演讲能力和经验的优先考虑;

6.Workingunderpressureandwillingtotravel(normallynomorethan10daysmonthly).

具备较强的抗压能力以及愿意出差(通常每月不超过10天);

7.StrictlycomplywithNationallawsandregulations,EHSandqualitymanagementsystem,abidebythecompanyCodeofConduct,rulesandregulations.Ensurethatallworkbehaviorconformtocompany'scompliancerequirements.

严格遵守国家法律法规,遵守EHS和质量管理体系规定,遵守公司员工行为准则和各项规章制度,确保所有的工作行为符合公司的合规要求。
