参加装置每日维护协调会议,了解作业计划、风险、要求等,参与作业风险评估。

Participateindailyplantmaintenancecoordinationmeeting,tounderstandjobplan,risk,requirements,etc.,andparticipateinjobriskassessment.

执行3级RAP作业许可证的现场批准及1、2级RAP作业许可证的监督检查。

CarryoutsiteapprovalofLevel3RAPPTW,andsupervision&inspectionofLevel1&2RAPPTW.

每日对现场作业点巡回检查,及时纠正并记录装置现场人员和承包商人员的不安全行为,并将现场作业控制考核情况录入信息管理系统;及时汇报现场发现的环境、设备的不安全状态和安全隐患。

Makedailypatrolinspectionatsite,correctandrecordanyunsafebehaviourofplantsitepersonnelandcontractors’personnelintimeandinputtheassessmentstatusofsiteworkcontroltoinformationmanagementsystem;reportunsafestatusandpotentialsafetyproblemsofsiteenvironmentandequipmentintime.

每日与承包商安全管理人员进行沟通,并监管其执行赛科HSSE要求的符合性。

Makedailycommunicationwithcontractor’ssafetymanagementpersonnel,andsupervisethecomplianceforthemtoimplementSECCOHSSErequirements.

参加承包商安全会议,教育、辅导承包商现场作业人员纠正不安全行为。

Participateinthecontractor’stool-boxmeeting,educateandcoachcontractors’siteworkpersonneltocorrectunsafebehaviour.

定期与生产工程师一起进行现场完整性检查,及时汇总检查的发现项。

RegularlyWorkwithproductionengineertomakesiteintegritycheck,andsummarizethefindingsintime.

参加季节性等各类安全专项检查(例如:防台防汛、防暑降温、防雷、防静电、防冻防凝、防火等)。

Participateinquarterlysafetyspecialinspectionofvarioustypes(e.g.,typhoon/floodprevention,heatstrokeprevention,lightningprotection,electrostaticprotection,winterizing&condensationprevention,fireprotectionetc.).

装置检修中的重大作业、高风险作业进行现场安全监督和提供HSSE专业支持。

ConductsitesafetysupervisionandprovideHSSEprofessionalsupportformajorworkandhighriskworkduringplantmaintenance.

配合HSSE部门实施对进入现场人员的安全培训。

CoordinatewithHSSEdepartmenttocarryoutsafetytrainingforpersonnelenteringsite.

负责推动对装置班组的安全活动建设。

Responsibleforpromotingplantteam’ssafetyactivityconstruction.

及时完成现场安全经理分配的其他工作。

Timelycompleteotherassignmentsfromsuperiormanagers.

任职资格:

大学本科及以上学历,工业安全或化工相关专业。

Bachelordegreeorabove,industrialsafetyorChemicalrelatedmajor.

在石油化工现场安全管理方面5年以上经验,有化工公司生产操作经验者优先。

Above5years’experienceinsitesafetymanagementatpetrochemicalplant.Operationexperiencesinchemicalcompanyarepreferred.

极强的责任心,良好的沟通协调能力。

Withastrongsenseofresponsibility.Goodcommunicationskill&coordinationability.

熟练操作电脑办公应用软件(EXCEL,WORD及POWERPOINT等)。
