•CoordinateswelloperationswithDrillingContractor,SchlumbergerSegmentsandThirdPartiestoensurecompliancewithworkprograms,IPMstandards,projectproceduresandcontractrequirements.

•Prepares24-hourlookaheaddocumentwithRigSupervisors.

•IssuesWrittenInstructionstoDrillersforeachtourbasedonwellprogramhighlightingpotentialriskssuchasstuckpipe,lossesandkicks.

向司钻发送根据建井设计所做的书面指令,并指出例如卡钻,漏失和井涌的潜在风险.

•Preparesdetailedproceduresforspecificwelloperations(runningcasing,cementing,loggingetc.).

•Performswellsitecalculationse.g.cementjobs

提供现场的计算数据,比如固井作业.

•Ensureswellcontroleventpreparedness(SCR’s,LeakoffTests,BOPTests,kicksheets,shutinprocedureetc.).

•Attendstherigfloortosupervisecriticalactivitiessuchas(butnotlimitedto)landing,cementing,andtestingcasing;flowchecks,andwhilepullingthefirsttenstandswhiletrippingetc

亲自监督钻台关键作业,例如但不仅限于:坐放,固井,套管测试,溢流检测以及起下钻头十柱作业.

•Verifiesadherencetoinstructionsandprocedures.

确认相关的指令及程序得到执行.

•Organizespre-jobmeeting(Operationsandsafety).

组织作业前会议(有关作业和安全)

•Maintains“7dayplanner”toanticipateresourcerequirementstomeetwelldemandsandprovideoptimumefficiencyofservicesincludingcontingencyplans.

•PreparesStandardEquipmentLists(ifapplicable)inatimelymannerforeachphaseofthewell.

•Updateslogbook.Ensuresadequatehandovertohisrelief.
