AspartoftheProcessTeamoftheSekuritR&DDepartment,theinjectionmoldingleaderwillbetrainedandbecomearecognizedtechnicalexpertwithintheorganizationforautomotiveglazingencapsulationtechnology.InclosecooperationwiththeglobalR&DnetworkandBusinessfunctionalteams,he/shewillberesponsibleforthecoordinationofinjectionmoldingtrials,troubleshooting,continuousimprovement,toachieveasuccessfultransfertomassproductionfornewproductsinAsia.Inaddition,he/shewillprovideregulartechnicalassistancetotheoperationstoincreasetheoverallindustrialperformance,andproposeinnovationstosupportthelong-termbusinessgrowth.

1.Workwithcloselywithalltechnicalteamsandinjectionmoldingtechnicianstoperformthedevelopmenttrialsfornewproductsunderdevelopment.CooperatewithSekuritproject,productionandqualityteamstofollowandsupporttheimprovementofallchildparts.Leadthesmoothtransfertomassproductionandsupporttheramp-upactivity.(30%)

2.ActasamajorcontactpointwithintheProcessteamandmakethelinkwiththeglobalorganizations.Continuouslyimprovetheteam’stechnicalcapability&efficiencythroughbenchmarking,marketwatch,standardization,bestpracticesandlessonslearnt.(30%)

3.ProvidetechnicalassistancetoplantsinAsiaandproposenewtechnologiestoincreasetheiroverallindustrialperformanceintermsofOEE,yield,andcosts.(15%)

4.TobethemaincoordinatorofLCCprojectsincooperationwithteamsoutsideofAsia(Europe/America),toprovidelocalsupportresourcesforprototypedeliveriesfromChina(15%)

5.FollowSaint-Gobainrulesintermsofprinciplesofconduct&action,compliance,EHS&5Stasks.BethekeycontributortotheR&Dworkshoporganization,safety&5Smanagement,andequipmentmaintenance(10%)

2.Minimum5Yearsrelevantexperiencesinproductdevelopmentforautomotiveindustry,backgroundininjectionmoldingispreferred

3.Provenperformancetrackrecordtoindustrializenewproducts

4.Abilitytoworkinahighlyagile&cross-functionalenvironment,andtohandlehighpressuresituations

5.Goodcommunicationandleadershipskills,withthepotentialtogrowquicklyandtakemoreresponsibilitieswithintheorganization
