北区销售经理兼全国KA经理任职要求:
1、负责过工业自动化,传感器,连接器,控制开关,仪器仪表等产品的人选优先选择;
2、熟悉北方市场(京津冀,河南,内蒙,甘肃,东北,山东,武汉等地。);
3、3年以上团队管理经验,英文口语流利;
4、统招本科及以上学历佳,自动化,机械等相关专业。

NorthSalesManager:

-Buildupastrongteamtoensureasmoothexecutionofthesestrategies
KAManager:
-BeresponsibleforbothglobalandlocalKA
-Developandmanageastrategicaccountspartnershipbyleveraginginternal/externalglobalnetworks,todevelop
longtermalliancerelationship.
NorthSalesManager:
-ComplywithChinastrategies&businesspriorities,make&implementsalesplanandachievetherevenuegrowth
targetandensuresmoothimplementationofthestrategiesintothesalesoperatingplantofulfilltheobjectives
-Providinginputtocompanystrategicplansforbusinesscontinuedexpansion
-Workingcloselywithinternal/externalpartnerstoleveragetheresourcetosupportsalesplandeployment
-DevelopinglongtermstrategicaccountsincoremarketssectorstosecureasteadybusinessgrowthinNorth
-Manageregionalsalesforecast,trackandensureahealthybusinessdevelopmentwithSalesforce.com
-Buildupastrongteamtoensureasmoothexecutionofthesestrategiestoexceedannualtargetsbusiness
-EnsureallstaffaretrainedanddevelopedtoperformprofessionallyincompliancetoEthicsandStandards,
continuouslyimprovingcustomersatisfaction
KAManager:
-Buildsandmanagesacomprehensivecoverageteamforeachselectedaccount,includingdirectandmatrix
reportingrelationshipswithsales,marketing,operationsandcustomerservice.
-Developsandmaintainspersonalrelationshipswithkeyexecutivesatselectedaccounts.
-Implementsandmaintainsaperformancemeasurementprocessincludingrevenuetrackingandactivity-based
costingatselectedaccounts.
-Orchestratessales/marketingportfoliotooptimizeaccountcoverageintheareasofinformation,logisticsand
technicalsupport.
-Lead,direct,evaluate,anddevelopateamofaccountmanagerstopursueprospects,promoteproducts,offer
