HRSupervisor人事主管岗位职责

Responsibilities:

Contributetothebusinessstrategybyhelpingleaderstoidentify,prioritize,andbuildorganizationalcapabilities,behaviors,structures,andprocesses.

SupportthePerformanceandTalentManagementcyclethroughobjectiveanddevelopmentplansetting,performancecalibrationandtalentdevelopment.

Maintaineffectivewin-winworkingrelationshipswithmanagers,employeesandtheirrepresentatives.

EducatethebusinesstoensureLineManagersandEmployessunderstandtheHRmodelandcanquicklyandefficientlyaccesssolutions.

Othertaskassignedbylinemanager(CommercialHRBP).

Requirements:

2-3yearsWorkexperienceexperienceinoneofCoE/CoSfunctions.

GoodEnglish,ExcelandPPTskills.

Experienceworkinginalarge,matrixorganizationispreferred.

Knowledgeoforganisationaldesign,development,structures&function/rolesunderscope.

Verygoodunderstandingofthebusinesscontextandbusinesskeydeliverables/initiatives.

FamiliaritywithHRprocesses.
