QC主管(质量检验主管)广州思肯德电子测量设备有限公司广州思肯德电子测量设备有限公司,思肯德岗位职责:

1.建立质量目标和质量计划,获得批准后实施严格的审批;;

2.建立机械质量检测标准;

3.组织对大型材料现场检查和管理来料检查;

4.负责管理内部计量器具,包括器具的使用、记录、盘点、检查、统计

5.对不合格物料做好质量记录、统计、分析、报告以及后续跟踪

6.对来料检验、机器装配过程时出现的物料质量问题,以及客户投诉的质量问题等情况负责进行沟通、跟踪和解决。对质量问题纠正和预防;

7.调查、分析和提出质量问题解决方案,采取必要手段防止质量问题;

8.组织团队培训管理,提高员工质量意识

岗位要求:

本科学历,机械相关专业;

5-7年左右机械质量控制经验,.对机械加工和组装工艺熟悉,熟练理解机械制图和使用卡尺、千分尺等检验工具,有机械折弯,加工,喷漆,焊接等相关工作经验

至少2-3年主管职位经验;

良好的协调和沟通能力;

5.英语书面和口语能力流利熟练;

-Teamtrainingandmanagementtoimprovesenseofquality;

Requirements

-Bachelordegreewithmechanicalrelatedmajor;

-5-7yearsexperienceonmechanicalqualitycontrol,atleast2-3yearsexperienceonleaderposition;

-Goodcoordination&communicationskills;

-GoodcommandofreadingandspeakingEnglish;
