Undersolidsupervisor’sdirectiontodevelopandmaintaincustomersofhospitalanddistributortoachievesalestarget.Tocompletecollectionandcollationofmarketinginformationindependently.Hastheabilityindistributordevelopmentandmanagementindependently.

在直接主管的带领下完成医院及经销商客户的开发、维护工作,达成销售指标;能独立完成市场信息的收集、整理,

具有独立的经销商的开发和管理能力。

PARTII-PRINCIPALRESPONSIBILITIES主要职责

-Accordingtosolidsupervisor’srequirement,tomakeweeklyworkplanandsubmititintime,visitcustomers,developnewcustomersandcompleteassignedsalestargetasplanned.

根据直接主管的要求,制订每周工作计划并及时提交,按计划拜访客户,开发新客户,完成指定的销售指标

-Initiativetounderstandmarketinginformationforrelatedproductsindependently.Tobuildup,gatherandupdatecustomers’data.

主动独立了解相关产品的市场情况,建立、搜集并及时更新客户资料

-Havetheabilitytohelpdistributortomanageinventoryandorder.Toevaluatedistributors’businessdevelopmentplanwithmarketingconditionsandfeedbacktheimplementationtomanagementteam.Accordingtoregionalconditions,toleaddistributorstimelytomakenewsalesstrategyanddirection.

具备协助经销商管理库存量及订单的能力,根据市场情况对经销商业务发展计划进行评估,并及时反馈公司管理层该计划执行情况,根据区域情况及时引导经销商制定新的销售策略和方向。

-Haverelevantclinicalandproductknowledge,andhaveabilitytoprovideproductknowledgeandsolutiontodoctor/customerandtrainingofbasicproductknowledgetodistributors.

掌握相关临床专业知识和产品知识,具备提供医生客户产品使用知识和方案的能力,具备培训经销商基本产品知识的能力

-Bepositivetocompletecompanyrequiredtrainingintimewithrelevantexampass.

积极参加并及时完成各项公司要求的培训,每次培训都能通过相应的及格线要求

-Followupthebiddingprogressofproductandtimelyfeedbacktomanagementteam.

跟踪负责产品的投标进展并及时反馈给公司管理层

PARTIII–QUALIFICATIONS资格要求

EDUCATION教育程度

-MedicalorMedicaldeviceeducationalbackground,collegedegreeoraboveinClinical,Medicine,Biologyrelatedfield

医疗或医学器械专业背景,或医学,药学,生物医药技术等相关领域大专以上教育背景

EXPERIENCE工作经验

-Atleast5yearssalesworkingexperience,especiallyworkedinforeigncompanyispreferred.

至少5年销售经验,外企工作背景优先考虑

-Relatedmedicaldeviceandnursingproductknowledgeandexperience

相关医疗器械及院外护理产品的专业知识及从业经验

OTHERQUALIFICATIONS(Physical,Visualetc.)其他要求

-Behonestandintegrate
