1.Beresponsibleforbody's2D/3Dpartdesign,accordingtosuggestionfromCAE/craftanalysisdepartmenttomodifyproductstructureandcraft;

负责车身的2D/3D部分的设计,根据CAE/工艺分析部门的建议去修改产品的结构和工艺;

2.BeresponsibleforestablishcraftfilesaboutBIWsystem;

负责建立关于BIW系统的工艺文件;

3.Beresponsibleforpreparation,reviewtheBOM,BOP,typicalsection,GD&T,partsdescription,designreportandothertechnicaldocuments;

负责BOM,BOP,典型断面,GD&T,零件说明,技术报告等技术文件的编制、审核;

4.Design,checkingandmotionanalysisbyusingCATIAorUGsoftwareandetc.;

用CATIA、UG等软件设计,检查以及动作分析;

5.DesignandreleaseBIWparts;

设计和发布BIW的部分;

6.Beresponsiblefortrackingandsolvingprototypevehicleandrelatedpartsmanufacturing,trialproduction&processvalidation,productionpreparationandPre-Pilotoftheon-sitetechnicalsupportservice.

负责跟踪解决原型车及相关零部件的制造、试制和工艺验证、生产准备和现场技术支持服务的预试。

JobRequirements工作要求:

1.Vehicle,ormechanicalmajoretc.withcollegedegreeorabove,above5yearsofBIWdesignexperienceinlargeormediumautoenterprises,designcompanypreferred;

大专及以上车辆或机械专业,有五年以上中大型汽车企业BIW设计经验,设计公司优先;

2.KnowledgeofReverseengineeringprocess(includingvehicledismantlingandvehiclepartsmanagement)andrelevantexperiencedpreferred;

熟悉逆向工程流程(包括车辆拆卸和车辆零部件管理),有相关经验者优先;

3.Knowledgeofthemainconstrainsoftheprocess:Stamping/Welding/Painting/assemblyline;

了解冲压/焊接/喷漆/装配线工艺的主要约束条件;

4.ProficientinCATIAorUGetc.;

熟练使用CATIA或UG等软件;

5.GoodcomputerskillsandEnglishlevel;

良好的计算机技能和英语水平;

6.Openmindandteamworkwithpeoplefromdifferentcultures,workseriouslyandresponsibly;

思维开放并且可以和来自不同文化的人团队协作,工作认真负责;

7.Abletotravelonshortnoticeandworkoutsideforbusinessrelatedtravel.

可以接受短期出差和公务相关的国外工作。
