1、负责新产品的先期策划及新产品的标准、技术资料的制定;

2、负责新产品的项目管理和周会主持

3、配合业务部做好客户的沟通和协调工作,协助采购/物流/质量部门对原材料及外协供应商的评定和认可;

Assistbusinessteamtoenhancethecommunicationandcoordinationwithcustomers,andassistpurchasing/logistics/qualityteamtoimplementtheinvestigationandevaluationforrawmaterialandout-sourcingsuppliers.

4、负责编制项目控制计划、客户要求的质量文件(如FMEA、PPAP)并报上级批准,全程监督、跟踪和推动项目进程,及时反馈模具项目执行情况;

Responsibleforformulatingprojectcontrolplanandqualitydocumentsthatcustomersrequested(suchasFMEA.PPAP),meanwhile,allcontrolplansneedtobeapprovedbymanagementlevel.Responsibleformonitoring,trackingandpushingprojecttimelineandfeedback.

5、对注塑模(产品)项目进行前期评估,试模、小批量生产的可行性分析,安排对各阶段(包括试生产)项目评审

Participateintheevaluationsofinjectiontoolingandinjectionproductwiththefeasibleanalysisoftrial-outandsmallproduction.Besides,itisnecessarytoarrangetheprojectevaluationeveryphase;

6、主导新产品试制、交样;负责追踪试做安排及模具、工装、治具的开发和整改进度;

7、主导工程变更的评估、确定、实施及验证

8、负责新产品的成本核算和开发预算

9、完成上级领导交办的其它事项;

岗位要求:

1、大专或以上学历,机械、汽车或其它相关工程专业毕业。

Collegeorabove,preferredwithmechanical,automotiveorothermajors.

2、两年以上汽车行业工作经验,特别是汽车照明行业优先考虑,40岁以下、熟悉光学照明功能。

Twoyears’workingexperiencesinautomotivefield,especiallyforautomotivelighting.Befamiliarwithopticallightingspec.

3、熟悉操作办公自动化及二维、三维软件操作,有一定的英语基础(听、阅读、书写),

与国外客户有一定的沟通表达.

BefamiliarwithOA,2Dsoftwareand3Dsoftware(Catia,UGorPro/eetc.).becapableofreading,writinginEnglish

4、有汽车行业、注塑、模具行业等相关产品类项目工作经验;

5、熟悉APQP/PPAP,懂IATF16949体系。
