模具主管岗位职责:
-Managethemoldproductionprocessandregulatethemoldproductionplanwhenproductionconflicthappens.
负责安排模具涂层的生产,协调中心涉及模具涂层的生产计划的调配
-Assistcentermanagertomanagerthemoldproducingrelatedoperators,andberesponsibleincoachingandtrainingtherelatedoperators
协助中心经理管理模具涂层生产的关联人员,并负责指导、培训关联人员
-Technicalandapplicationssupporttolocalsalesteamandothercoatingcentersifnecessaryaccordingtothemanager`srequirement
为销售部门或其他生产中心进行技术及应用支持
-SupportingfromChinamoldmanagertobuildupanefficientandprofessionalmoldcoatingproductionteaminDGcenter.
在所在中心构建高效及专业的模具涂层团队
-Solidtechnicalsupporttothemoldcoatingproductionintermsoftheprocess,fixtures,equipmentandtools,solvingtheproductionproblemsandcustomercomplainwiththeguidanceandsupportfromChinamoldmanagerandmoldsupervisor.
按照巴尔查斯标准要求解决制程控制、夹具、设备、工具在生产过程中的问题,处理及解决客户抱怨
岗位要求:
-Bachelordegreeorabove,majorinmolddesign/MentalMaterial/HeatTreatmentorrelated.
本科学历,材料、模具或热处理相关专业
-Morethan5yearsworkingexperienceinmoldingrelatedfield
5年以上模具行业相关工作经验
-Knowledgeinmoldstructureandmachinery
了解模具构造及机加工工艺
-FluentEnglishbothinwrittenandoral
良好的英文听说读写能力
-Goodcommunicationskillandteamcooperationspirit
