MaintenanceTechnician冲压模具技师Position:MaintenanceTechnician(forMetalstampingdieandtooling)
-Toolingmachines(lathe,mill.Grinder,etc.)andmanualtoolsusefordieandtoolingmaintenance.
模具设备(车床,铣床,磨床等)和手动工具保养维护
-Disassemblingandassemblingofdiesandtheirmovementandinstallation.
模具转移或者组装的拆分
-Dieandtoolingsetupandadjustmentonthemachinesatproductionstartandduringproduction.
在生产换线或者生产中,模具在设备上的调整
-Machinesanddevicestroubleshootingandrepair.
设备及周边装置的维护和维修
-Beresponsibleforthetimelymaintenanceoftheequipmentintoolingcenteraccordingtothemaintenanceplanandrecord,andprovidetrainingontoolingmachinestoformandqualifyotherworkers.
能根据设备保养计划对模具中心的设备进行保养并记录,对其他员工进行机加工设备的培训,并且使之合格。
-Setupofdiesandmachines;troubleshootingofproblems;re-startandproductscheck;machineproductionconductioninthenecessaryperiods.
在必要的时候需协助现场进行产品的换线换型,现场问题解决并且在再生产时对产品进行确认。
-TosupporttheEngineeringManagerfortoolingrepairing&,maintenance.Andalsoneedtostandardizethemaintenanceprocess.
协助工程经理负责模具的维修保养,并且规范保养流程。
-Beresponsibleforthetoolinglifestatisticsaccordingtothedailyproductiondata.
根据生产日报,统计模具寿命。
-BeabletousedrawingsoftwaretodesignsimpleproductionfixtureorQualitygaugeifnecessary.
能根据维修保养记录做定期的分析,并且提供有效的解决方案。
-SupportProductionforsettingupplusconfirmthemaintenanceresult.
支持生产部的每次换型并在期间确认保养结果。
-Sparepartsmanagementsincluding:inventorycheck,sparepartpurchasingapplication,andvalidation.
备品备件管理。包括:盘点,采购申请和验收。
-Beabletoacceptthetrainingforotherequipmentinordertobeabletoset-up,maintainandmaketroubleshootingandrepairincaseofproblemsduringproduction.
能接受其他相关培训,以便能在特殊的时候对现场生产进行支持。包括换型换线,现场问题解决。
-Companyfacilitiesorderandcleaningaccordingto5S
公司设备整理以及根据5S要求清洁;
-Performothertasksaccordingtheneedsandtheassignmentsdefinedbythesuperiors,Plantmanager/GMorcorporateOperationsdirector.
根据上级、工厂经理或总经理或公司运营主管的需要及安排执行其它工作任务。
-Positiveattitudetoalltheneedsoftheplant/companyandcooperationwithotherdepartments.Provideandgrantinanysituationthemaximumsupporttoallthecompanyfunctions.
积极的态度对工厂/公司的所有需求,并与其他部门合作。在任何情况下,提供和授予对公司所有职能的最支持。
