PurposeofRole:Providevesselbooking,shippinginstructionforbilloflading,BLverifying,shippingcertificatespreparation,documentsendingtocustomer,DDPshipmentcustomsclearanceatdestinationservicestobothinternalandexternalcustomer.

Responsibilities

1.Placevesselbookingtoforwarderorcarriertwoweeksadvanceaccordingtothegoodsreadyday.根据货好时间提前两周跟货代或者船公司订舱

2.Gettheschedulefromforwarderorcarrier,ConfirmwithmerchandiserthenreleasetheSOtomerchandiser,factory,coordinator.从货代或者船公司那里拿到船期,给跟单确认,如果可以,放相应的SO给跟单,工厂和调度

3.SubmitSItoforwarderorcarrierbeforetheSIcuttime.在截补料之前提供资料给货代或者船公司

4.ConfirmtheBLontime,Makethecertificate(CO,FormA,FormE,fumigation),GettheCI&PLfromsystem,Sendshippingadvisetocustomer,Arrangepaymenttoforwarder及时确认提单,制作相关证书,从系统导出发票和箱单,发装柜信息给客人,安排付款给货代

5.ArrangeTR,Releaseoriginaldocumenttocustomeraccordingtofinance’sreceivablepayment.根据财务收款表安排电放,寄正本单据给客人

6.Filing,updatethecustomerandforwarderinfo,Putthefullsetdocumentinnominatedroute.归档,及时更新货代和客人信息,把整套文件放在指定的路径下面。

7.HandlesimpleLCshipment.制作LC文件

8.Acceptotherassignmentfromsupervisor.接受工作安排
