Supportandassistthedepartmentmanagertoorganize,coordinateandmonitorthedailyairfreightoperationofthewholeteam.

PRIMARYRESPONSIBILITIES:

1.TakeleadforSOPreviewoftheteamaccount,makesureteammembersfullyunderstandingandcompliancewithSOPindailyjob.

2.Takeleadfornewaccountonboardincl.butnotlimitedtoSOPreviewandimplementing.

3.Supervisetheteamtoprovidehighqualityservicetocustomersandminimizeservicefailureandcustomercomplain.

4.MaintaingoodrelationshipwithserviceproviderincludingA-classandbargainforthegoodratetowinthenewbusiness

5.Ensuretheservicedeliveriesinaccordancewithourcustomers’requirements.

6.Followtheairfreightimportinquiriesaswellandfindbetterlogisticssolutionstoansweranyagent’sinquires.

7.Conducttheon-jobtrainingfornewstaffandmonitortheperformancereviewforteammembers.

8.Ensureteammemberupdatefinancesystemcorrectlyandaccurately.

9.Workasteamrolemodelforoperation&customerservicequality/attendanceperformance.

10.Supportforvarioustasksassignedbyoperationmanagerandassisttomanagetheoperationteaminterpersonally.

ADDITIONALRESPONSIBILITIES:

1.AnyotherresponsibilitiesasandwhenrequiredbySuperiorManagersthatarereasonablywithinthecapabilitiesofthepersonandareaimedatachievingthecompany’sobjectivesandgoals.

2.Backupforotherteammemberswhennecessary.

KNOWLEDGEANDSKILLREQUIREMENTS:

1.Collegedegreeorabovewithabove5yearsofexperienceinforwardingindustry,thebackgroundforglobalforwarderispreferable.

2.Atleast1-2yearsofteammanagementexperienceorworkingexperienceinA-classinternationalforwardingcompanyispreferred.

3.Familiarwiththeprocedureofairfreightoperationandforwardingrelatedknowledge.

4.FluentinbothoralandwrittenEnglishandChinese,CET-4orabove.

5.Highsenseofresponsibility,goodteamspiritandbeabletoworkunderpressure.

6.Goodsenseofcustomerserviceandgoodproblem-shootingcapability.

7.Goodinterpersonalandcommunicationskills.

8.GoodMicrosoftofficeoperationskills.
