•该岗位要求利用手工喷枪或其他喷漆设备完成各种作品的防护涂料,油漆及表面饰材的喷涂。利用各种设备,混合材料,完成不同表面不同厚度指定量的喷涂,并利用胶带或其他措施进行辅助,并严格按照危险化学品废物等的安全要求清洗喷涂设备。

CastMembersassignedtothePainter-Sprayerpositionwilloperateahandgunorpaintboothequipmenttoapplypaint,protectivecoatingsanddecorativefinishestoseveraltypesofmaterial.Painterswillsetupequipment,mixmaterials,preparesurfaces,applytapeorotherprotectivematerialtoprotectnon-paintedsurfaces,applytherequirednumberofcoatings,measureappliedthicknessandcleanequipmentfollowingstrictsafetyguidelinesrelatingtoHazardousMaterials/Waste.

主要职责KeyResponsibilities

•利用各种手段完成除锈,油,灰尘,油漆等表面准备工作,包括喷砂,蒸汽,打磨,修补等;

•按照迪士尼演出标准完成表面精细处理;

•在油漆喷房和车间区域工作;正确穿戴PPE个人防护用品,如呼吸器,手套,安全眼睛等;

•利用喷砂车间进行喷砂工作;

•清洁喷嘴,气管,油漆容器等设备设施;按照园区操作要求使用危险化学品;

•使用各种工具及维修维护工具,对设备设施进行日常的维护维修(油漆刷,辊,混漆设备,喷漆设备,铲,打磨,梯子等);

•根据油漆方面的经验对已有表面的油漆进行分析,并利用混漆,着色,调色,过渡等方法来进行油漆修补;

•完成塑料制品和玻璃钢制品的油漆;

•使用脚手架,梯子和举升机等,辅助以个人防护用品PPE安全完成登高作业;

•根据图纸汇总材料要求和尺寸要求;

•利用迪士尼电子工作单系统完成指定工作;

•识别零件号,阅读图纸和文件,确保的准确性;利用各种资源开发供应商以完成新技术的应用;

•根据要求可推拉举升23KG左右的零件,搬运15KG的工具设备;

•遵守安全承诺;

•保持工作环境整洁和有序化并遵守环保要求;

•认真开展并完成管理层要求的其他工作。

•Preparesurfacestobecoatedbyusingvariousmethodstoremovegrease,rust,dirt,coatingsandpaints.Thisincludes,blasting,steaming,sanding,scraping,cleaning,patchingetc.)

•ApplyfinefinishestosurfacesaccordingtoShowQualityStandards.Performrepairandtouch-environmentsuchasasprayboothandintheshop.WearPersonalProtectiveEquipment(respirators,gloves,safetyglasses)forprolongedperiods.

•Cleannozzles,hoses,containersandotherequipment.HandleallHAZMAT&HAZWASTEproductsfollowingtheResortOperatingGuidelineprocedures.

•Demonstrateabilitytouserelatedtools,andrepair/maintaintools(brushes,rollers,mixers,sprayequipment,plasterandpatchingtrowels,sanders,ladders,etc.).

•Haveknowledgeofprimers,paintsandcoatings(latex,enamels,stains,primersandpatchingcompounds);mixingcolors,tinting,toningandblendingtomatchanexistingpainted/coloredsurfaceusingthepropertypeofpaint.Experiencewithaccelerantsaplus

•Abilitytoworkwithplasticandfiberglassfillers.

•usescaffolding,ladders,manlifts,etcandtheassociatedPPEtomeetsafetystandardsforworkingathigherlevels.

•Understandblueprintanddrawingstoextractinfosuchasmaterialrequirementsandstructuredimensions.

•ManageassignedworkloadthroughuseofCMMSsystem(MAXIMO).

•Applypartsidentifyingnumbers.Requiresabilitytoread,interpretandtraceschematics,researchtheinternetforvendorsandsuppliers,andusecorrectrepairandreplacementproceduresasdepictedinmaintenance/vendormanuals.

•Beabletolift50lbsandcarry30lbs

•Demonstrateavisiblecommitmenttosafety.

资格要求RequiredQualifications

2年以上的建筑施工经验,并有良好的预防性维护工作或者建筑施工经验。(具有多设施或多技能的经验者优先)。

高中毕业,职业学校的土木工程专业优先考虑

Morethan2yearsofexperienceinbuildingandfitoutpreventativemaintenanceorbuildingconstructionworkexperience.(Experiencewithmulti-facilityormulti-technicalskillspreferred).

Highschooldiplomaisrequired/vocationalschoolincivilengineeringispreferred
