1.Responsibleforthedailyoperationofmicrobiologicallaboratory.

负责微生物实验室的日常运作。

2.Writequalitycontrolstandardsandinspectionproceduresofrawmaterials,semi-finishedproductsandfinishedproducts,alsowritequalitycontrolprocedures,toensurethattheanalysisandtestmeettherequirementsofGMPregulations.

制定原辅料、中间产品和成品的质量控制标准和检验操作规程,制定质量控制程序,确保各项分析测试符合GMP及法规要求。

3.Todevelopinstruments,reagents,testsolution,standardsubstanceandreferencesubstance,culturemedium,bacterialspecies,samplesandretentionsamplesofmanagementprogram.

制定检验用仪器、试剂、试液、标准品或对照品、培养基、菌种样品及留样等的管理程序。

4.Accordingtotherequirementsofstandardoperatingprocedures,responsibletotestrawmaterials,intermediateprocessandfinishedproducts,toprovidetestreportinatimelymanner.

按标准操作程序要求,负责原材料,中间过程及成品的微生物检测,及时提供测试报告。

5.Accordingtotherequirementsofstandardoperatingprocedures,beresponsibleforrawmaterialssampling.

按标准操作程序要求,负责原辅料的取样。

6.BeresponsibleforStudystabilityofproducts.

负责产品的稳定性研究及测试。

7.Beresponsibleforthecleanareaenvironmentalmonitoring.

负责对工厂洁净区的环境监控。

8.Monitorwaterqualitytestofthefactory.

负责工厂内的水质监控。

9.Responsibleforexecute,coordinatevalidationofanalyticalinstruments.

负责、执行、协调微生物实验室分析仪器的验证。

10.Providetechnicalsupporttootherdepartmentsandtestingservices,suchasproductregistration,factoryproductionprocessvalidation,cabinetsterilizationandtheproductofthesterilizationvalidation,etc.

为其他部门提供技术支持及测试服务,如产品注册,生产过程及工厂验证,灭菌柜验证及产品的灭菌验证等。

11.Responsibleforcalibrationofanalyzeinstrument.

负责、协调质量管理部门的分析计量仪器的校验。

12.Qualityanalysisandsummaryonaregularbasis,reporttothedepartmentsupervisorandmanager.

定期进行质量分析与总结,向部门主管、经理汇报工作。

13.AwareofandcomplywiththecorporateandlocalQuality/EHSManual,Quality/EHSManagementSystem,Quality/EHSManagementPolicy,Quality/EHSGoals,andapplicablelawsandregulationsastheyapplytothisjobtype/position.

关注和遵守公司要求的质量、环境健康手册、管理体系和管理政策、目标和该职位的相关的法规要求。

任职资格:

1.BachelordegreeoraboveinMicrobial,biological,Analyticalchemistry,pharmaceuticalorrelatedmajor.

大学本科或以上学历,微生物学、生物学、分析化学、药学或相关专业;

2.KnowledgeofGMPanddrugadministrationregulations

对于GMP和药品管理有相关的专业知识;

3.4yearsoraboverelatedworkingexperienceinlaboratory,familiarwithchemicalormicrobiologicalanalysis.

4年或以上相关实验室化学或微生物分析的工作经验;

4.StrictlycomplywithNationallawsandregulations,EHSandqualitymanagementsystem,abidebythecompanyCodeofConduct,rulesandregulations.Ensurethatallworkbehaviorconformtocompany'scompliancerequirements.

严格遵守国家法律法规,遵守EHS和质量管理体系规定,遵守公司员工行为准则和各项规章制度,确保所有的工作行为符合公司的合规要求。
