1.InchargeofallHAYstoreVManditsdisplayinAOR(AreaofResponsible)

2.Plan,executeandfollowuponVMvisitsinyourAORapprox.8timesayear

3.CoordinateyourvisitplanneronmonthlybasiswithyourteamandLM

4.EnsureshopappearanceandallHAYstorestandardsarefollowedbyHAYRetailDesignconceptsandguidelines;includinglight,cleanliness,musicandquantityofgoodsonthefloor.

5.Planimplementationineachstorewhennewcollection/productsarriveinadvanceandbriefstoreVMandSMaccordingly

6.Keepupdatedoncollections/newdesigns/Designcooperation/productupdatesandcareinstructionsbyusingallinfotools,onandofflinechannels,publicmediaandvisitingcompetitorsonamonthlybasis.

•RetailDesign:

1.PlanstorefloorplanaccordingprojectdetailsgivenandcoordinatewithRetailDesignDKallrelevantVMparts

2.AlignproductorderlistaccordingRM/partnerandRetailDevelopmentManagerspecialaspectsgiven

3.Communicatetoonsiteteamrequiredactionsinadvance,priorstoreopeningorprojectlaunch

4.Re-planfloorplanonregularbasisandupdatesofnewproductsdispatchtimelines

•Training:

1.Executeintroductionandtrainingofvisualmerchandisingprinciplesforallnewstaffmembers

2.Planandexecuteregularmeetings/trainings/workshopsintermsofknowledgeaboutcollection/trends/design/productsandstylingtogetherwithSALESSUPPORT/BUYING

3.Follow-uponresultsoftrainingandevaluations
