Education:

•BachelordegreeandaboveinHumanResources/Psychologyandrelatedmajors.MBAoroverseaseducationisaplus.

Experience:

•Atleast8years’experiencesinmultinationalcorporation,5years’experiencesinHRmanagement.

•Experienceintalent/leadershipassessmentanddevelopmentisrequired.

•Workswellunderpressure

•Demonstratedabilitytoleadpeopleandachieveresultsthroughothers

•Experiencewithproblemanalysisandresolutionatthefunctionallevel

•Proventrackrecordofcontinuousimprovement

•Abletodevelopplans,setgoals,toevaluateworkaccomplishmentsandprovideeffectivefeedback.

•ExperiencedwithISOQualityandbusinessprocessmanagement

SpecialSkills:•Excellentcommunicationandfacilitationskills;highproficiencyinbothverbalandwrittenEnglishandChinese.
