领导根本原因分析和纠正措施计划:

-供应商不良

-制程不良

-客户投诉/退货

2.BepartoftheNPIteamtoreview/verify/validatethenewproducttoinsuresafetransferofnewproducttoproduction.

属于新品项目团队的成员,评审、验证、确认新产品以确保新产品安全转移到量产

3.Creatingthequalitydocumentationsduringtheprojectdevelopment.

在项目开发阶段创建质量文件

4.Trainingofworkers/inspectorstorelevantqualitystandardoncomponent,processandproduct.

对工人/检验员进行零部件、工艺和产品的相关质量标准培训

5.Implementingregularprocessaudit/productauditanddataanalysistoanticipatepotentialrisksonprocess/product

实施定期的过程审核/产品审核和数据分析以预测制程/产品的潜在风险

6.Participatingtosupplierqualityauditpriortonewsupplierapproval.

参与供应商质量审核在新供应商批准之前

任职要求:

1.Bachelordegree,majorrelatedtoelectronic

本科学历,电子相关专业

2.Atleast5yearsworkingexperienceinproductionorqualityfields

具有五年以上生产或质量相关的工作经验

3.Internalauditorcertificateholderandhavinginternalauditexperiencewillbepreferred

具有内部审核员资格和内部审核经验

4.Qualityengineeringexperienceinbatteryfieldand/orinautomotivefieldisaplus

最好具备电池品质工程或汽车领域经验

5.BefamiliarwithIATF16949andbegoodattheuseofqualitytools

熟悉IATF16949和擅长质量工具的使用

6.GoodEnglishskill,reading,writing,andspeaking.

熟练读、写、说英语

7.Goodatcommunicationandpersonnelskill

良好的沟通和人事技巧

8.Canbeagoodteamplayer
