1.Directresponsibilityformanagingthedailyactivitiesoftheproduction,suchas5s,efficiency,output,discipline,

直接负责车间日常管理,比如5s,生产效率,产量,纪律等

2.Planandfacilitateworkfortheproductionteam.Facilitatesinternal/externalproductionactivities

计划、促进生产团队工作,促进内外部生产相关工作。

3.Monitor/pushimprovementfromoperator,productiononsite,followuppreventiveactions,non-conformanceactivities,correctiveactions,managementofchange.

监控、推进现场员工改善,跟进改善措施、预防措施、不合格品处理、变更管理。

4.Participatetheinvestigationofcomplainfromcustomers.

参与顾客投诉原因的调查。

5.AssistancetoQEwiththedisposalofthedefectproduct,andconfirmtherequirementreallybeperformedeffectively.

协助品质工程师对不合格品的分析处理,并确认效果。

6.Insureproductiondailyreporttobedoneintime.

确保生产日报及时完成。

7.Plandailysupplies&management.EspeciallyBMStester,weldingmachine

对本部门日常用品编制计划及管理,尤其是对BMS测试机,点焊机的管理。

8.Deliveryontimebaseonproductionplanning,adjustallresourceofoperatorwithqualitystandard

根据生产计划,协调生产部门内部人员的安排,保证质量并准时完成交货

9.Dailyaudit,suchascheckinglist,,,,,,,

产线的日常巡查:检查清单,温湿度记录表,设备点检表,员工技能卡,设备异常的记录等,确保提前发现问题并排除隐患

10.Feedbackintimewithaction

异常问题的反馈,出现问题能第一时间向上反馈并展开行动

11.Improvethetechnicalskill

学习并指导车间技术员提升工作技能

任职要求:

-Technicalsecondaryschoolorabovegraduates

中专或以上学历

-Atleastthreeyearsinspectionexperience.

3年以上现场管理工作经验

-Hardworkingandwillingtolearn

刻苦耐劳,乐于学习

-Hasproductionsupervisorworkingexperiencewillbepreferred.
