推进机加工,焊接和装配和测试工艺及流程的优化。密切配合生产团队推荐精益生产和改进项目的执行。
Leadroutineworkshopprocessinspectionandverification.MakesurethefullyexecutionperSOP/W.Irequirementandidentifyimprovementopportunity.
领导定期车间流程和工艺的检查。确保工艺和流程的执行力并且识别改进机会。
Leadtheprocesscompetencyevaluationandpeoplequalification.Identifythegapsanddrivethecontinuousimprovements/planimplementation.
分析流程和人员的能力,识别出过程和人员的差距并别制定计划去持续改进。
SupportITOquotationandevaluatetheprojectexecutionincludingspecialprocess,equipment,tooling&fixturesandemployeequalifications,etc.,tomakesuresmoothITOtoOTR.
支持ITO阶段的报价,评估新项目可执行性,包括项目执行所需要的特殊过程,设备,工装及员工技能等等,以确保整个项目得以顺利执行且满足客户的技术要求。
FollowandpreparetheexecutionforimportantprojectsinOTRfromoperationsstandpoint,connectallinternalprocessesandensurewellexecutiontomeetOTD,quality,costandproductivity.
参与并准备关键项目的实施,确保各个过程(机加工,焊接,装配和检验等)的衔接。保证项目执行的关键指标。
Closelyworkwithcross-functionalteams,especiallyengineering,toleadkeyproductsFPQ/SITandmakesurethereadinessformassproduction.
和各个团队紧密合作,领导关键项目的首件认证,并确保可以量产。
WorkcloselywithengineeringandqualityteamonFPYimprovementandprocessenhancement.
和质量及工程团队紧密合作,提高产品的工艺及过程的可靠性,以及一次通过率。
AnalyzeandcontinuouslyimproveSOPandQMSforrobustqualitysysteminoperations.
分析并且持续改进运营过程的标准化作业和流程,提高质量体系的可靠性和执行力。
MonthlyjobvariancesummaryanddrivetheJV<1%.
月度工单差异的分析和总结,并且从流程和工艺优化的角度推进JV小于1%。
SupportTPMwithmaintenanceteam.
支持TPM的推广和应用。
FullycompliancetocompanyregulationsandEHSrequirements.完全遵守公司规章和EHS的制度。
Othertasksassignedbymanager.
其它由经理安排的工作和任务。
岗位要求:
▪Bachelororabovewithengineeringbackground
大学本科及以上,机械工程系或相关专业
▪Atleast8yearsworkingexperienceintheengineeringindustry.
八年以上工程行业相关经验。
▪PrefertohaveengineeringbackgroundinO&Gindustry.
有石油和天然气行业工程背景为佳。
▪atleast2yearsleadershipexperience.
至少两年带领团队经验。
▪Beknowledgeableofmachining,weldingandassembleprocess.熟悉机加工,焊接和装配/试压过程
▪Aptitudetotrainjuniormanufacturingengineer.能对初级工程师进行有效培训
▪Strongteam-workspirit.很强的团队合作意识
