任职要求:PositionQualifications
?大学本科或以上学历,食品相关专业;
UniversityDiplomainFoodscientificsubjects
?7年以上食品测试工作经验或食品制造相关行业(生产、质量管理岗位经验),熟悉食品标准;
Minimum7yearsworkingexperiencesinfoodprocessingortestingpositioninfoodindustry.Familiarwithfoodstandards.
?有良好的沟通能力和语言表达能力,以客户为焦点;
Goodcommunicationcapabilityinverbalandwriting,customeroriented.
?能够频繁出差,适应按照日程表工作的环境,能独立工作;
Beabletotravelextensivelyaccordingtoschedule.Independently,self-managedattributes.
?有良好的适应压力环境的能力,能够按时完成所要求的现场评审和随后的书面工作;Beabletoworkunderstressfulenvironment.Accomplishtheassignedonsiteworkstimelyfollowedbyrequiredpaperwork/reports.
?流利的英文沟通能力,有在跨国公司工作经验者优先,能够理解不同国家的文化习俗。FluentinEnglishcommunications,preferredwithworkingexperiencesininternationalenterprises.Understandandrespectculturaldifferencesandcustoms.
岗位职责:PositionDuties
?依照国内、国际标准对客户相关食品安全管理体系进行审核,评估客户食品安全管理体系的符合性,并能帮助客户识别出管理体系中存在的弱点和问题;
Conductassessmentsaccordingtogivenfoodsafetymanagementsystemstandards,evaluatethecomplianceofclients’foodmanagementsystem,identifythegapsandweaknessesofclients’system.
?向客户提出改进意见和建议,及时和客户进行反馈和沟通(口头与书面);
Reportclientswithassessmentfindingsandobservationscommunicatewithclientsinverbalandwritingattimelymanner.
?进行或见证相关食品标识的验证测定,确保测试符合相关标准的要求;Conduct/witnessrequiredlabtestingtoidentifythecompliancetogivenstandards.
?协助培训部定期为客户主办相关技术交流会和研讨会,以帮助客户持续完善食品安全管理体系;
Assisttrainingdepartmentbylecturingtrainingcourses,seminars,aimingtohelpclientstoimprovetheirfoodsafetymanagementsystems.
?公司安排的其他审核工作。
