Sr.HROfficer人事主管.Beresponsibleforcompanytrainingsystemestablishment,includingbutnotlimitedtotrainingpolicy,trainingprocedureandprocessestablishment&optimization,trainingneedsanalysis,annualtrainingplanset-up,trainingprogramdesignandimplementation,trainingeffectivenessevaluationforcontinualimprovementetc.
2.Supportonemployeedevelopmentplanset-up,trackonemployeedevelopmentplanimplementationtimelinessandquality.
3.Bemainlyinvolvedinbluecollarskillmatrixandskillupgradingprogramdesignandimplementation.
4.AssistwithHRManageronemployeecommunicationstrategyset-up,inchargeofemployeecommunicationimplementation,optimizecurrentemployeecommunicationchannelsandexpandmoreusefulcommunicationchannels,promotetwo-waycommunicationandimproveorganizationcommunicationeffectiveness,helplinemanager/supervisorsimprovecommunicationskillsetc.
5.Buildpositiveemployeerelationships,provideHRconsultancyforemployees,conductformal&informalcommunicationwithemployees,employeecomplainthandlingetc.InchargeofrelevantHRprogram&projectstoimproveemployeerelationshipandengagement.
6.Beinvolvedinoptimizationofcompanyrecruitmentandstaffingsystem,suchasrecruitmentpolicy/procedure/process/channelsreview&optimization,reviewandestablishrecruitmentstandardandcompetencyrequirementfordifferentpositionsetc.
7.Provideregularmonth-endHRreportetc.
8.Performothertasksandadhocprojects/programsasassignedbyHRManager.
任职资格:
1.BachelordegreemajoredinHRorequivalentdiscipline.
2.Around5+yearsprogressiveHRworkingexperience,preferablywithbroadHRexperienceinmulti-nationalmanufacturingplantenvironment,withparticularemphasisontraining&development,employeecommunication&relationship,recruiting&staffingetc.
3.ExperiencewithLomingercompetencyframework,competencyanalysisandidentification,withhandsonexperienceoncompetencybasedtraining&developmentprogramdesignandimplementation,interview&selectionetc.
4.Experienceintrainingsystemestablishment,trainingplan&trainingprogramdesignuponbusinessneeds,trainingprogramimplementation&trainingeffectivenessevaluationetc.Handledwithbluecollars’skillmatrixandskillupgradingprogramwillbeastrongplus.
5.Befamiliarwithlaborlawandlocalregulation.
6.Stronginitiativeandindependency,stronginterpersonalskillsandagoodteamplayer.
7.Strongsenseofaccountability,result-drivenandcontinualimprovement.
8.Highlearningagility&logicthinkingcapability.
