初级药剂师P1PharmacistPOSITIONSUMMARY:
Undergeneraldirectionoftheseniorpharmacist/pharmacydirector,thepharmacistperformsavarietyofprofessionallevelfunctionstoassistinprovidingpatientswithoptimumpharmaceuticalcare.药剂师在高级药师/药学部主任的指导下从事药学专业工作,帮助病人并为病人提供最优的药学服务。

1.ESSENTIALTASKS:
Provideoptimalpharmacyservice执行提供最理想的药学服务;
Providedispensingandcheckingservicetoensuremedicationisissuedtooutpatient/inpatientpatientsefficientlyandaccurately提供审核处方和配药服务,以确保正确的药物被有效地分配;
Assistininventorymanagementincludingrestock,calculatecycletimeandperiodicinventorycheck.协助库存管理,包括补货,库存周期计算及库存盘点;
Providepatientmedicationconsultationandeducationbasedondoctor’sorder为患者提供有关如何正确用药及遵医嘱的咨询;
Assistsuperiorpharmacisttodootherassignedresponsibilitiestoassurepharmacyservicequality.协助上级药师完成其他指定职责,确保药学服务质量;
PharmacistinPIVASadherestosafetyrequirementsinthehandlingandpreparationofchemotherapyandotheragentsaccordingtocurrentguidelines静脉药物配置中心的药师须遵守现有的标准,保证安全的调配包括化疗药物在内的其他制剂。

三、ADDITIONALDUTIES:
Providesupporttobothpharmacyandotherdepartmentsuponrequest在需要的情况下支持药房及其他部门工作。
四、KNOWLEDGE,SKILLS,andABILITIES:
EntryRequirements:
KnowledgeofcommonChinesedrugname,pharmacology,andpracticeofdispensingprocess熟知中文药品名称,药理学及调配过程。
Knowledgeofgovernmentlawspertainingtodrugs,narcoticsandpharmacypractice.具备药品、麻醉剂和药学实践方面的法律知识。
Nobleprofessionalethics具备良好的职业道德品质。
FluencyinwrittenaswellasspokeninChinese流利的中文书写及口语表达能力。
BasicknowledgeinWord,Excel,basicconceptofHIS基本掌握Word及Excel的使用,了解HIS的概念。
PreferredAttributes/Exposure:
ExcellentknowledgeofbothChineseandEnglishdrugname,pharmacology熟知中英文药品名,扎实的药理学知识,优化调配过程的能力。
KnowledgeofdruginformationinEnglishandChineseandfamiliarwithdrugformulary具备中英文药品信息知识,熟悉药物处方表。
Knowledgeofdrugreferencebooksanddatasearchinworkplace具备药物参考书和工作场所数据搜索的知识。
AsepticskillsandknowledgeofpreparationofIVdrugs静脉注射药物的无菌操作知识和技能;

EntryRequirements:
BachelorinClinicalPharmacyorpharmacy药学、临床药学全日制本科;
Minimum2yearworkexperienceinahospital/communitypharmacy两年以上医院或社区医院药房相关经验。
PharmacistLicenseorabovebyMinistryofHealth卫生部颁发的药师(初级)及以上的职称。
PreferredAttributes/Exposure:
Bachelororaboveinclinicalpharmacyorpharmacy药学、临床药学全日制本科以上学历;
Firstdegreeisbachelorformasterorabove硕士以上学历第一学历为全日制本科;
Narcoticlicensebyministryofhealth上海卫生部门颁发的麻醉药品及精神药品证书;
Workingexperienceintertiaryhospitalpharmacyorinternationalhospitalpharmacy三级医院药房或国际医院药房工作经验;
WorkingexperienceinPIVAS有在静脉配置中心工作经验。POSITIONSUMMARY:
