品牌大使岗位职责

品牌大使PositionMission

Increasetheawarenessandknowledgeofallbrandsthrougheducationalprogramandtastingformat.

Buildrelationshipswithindustryinfluencerstocreateawareness,understandingandusageofthebrands.

Provideeducationtothesalesteamstrademembersandhelpthemtoachievethesaletarget.

Buildupastrongbusinessrelationshipswithinacoregroupofspecializedoutlets.Leadtheflagshipoutletprogram.

KeyObjectivesoftheroleare:

•Toincreasebrandprofile,awarenessandknowledgeoftheBeamSuntorySpiritsBrandportfoliointernallyandexternallytofacilitatedeliveryagainstbudgetedsales,profit,marketshareandotherkeybrandhealthindicatorsacrossthespecifiedportfolio

•TodelivereffectiveBrandsTrainingforcompanystaffviaexecutionofthespiritstrainingprogram.

•Toraisetheprofileofandcreatedemandforspecifiedportfoliovia:

•Ownershipofdeliveryofstateinternalspiritstrainingprogram.

•Ownershipanddeliveryofconsumeractivationsasrequired.

Responsibilities

Provideprofessionalandmotivationaltraining&supporttosalesforce.

-Executionofinternaltrainingprogram.

-DriveoverallspiritknowledgeandcompetencyinState

-Activeparticipationatmonthlyteammeetingswhenrequired.

-Internaltrainingsessionsattownhallmeeting.

Provideprofessionalsinglemaltandcognaceducationandsupporttotradeandcustomer.

-RepresentBeamSuntoryportfolioofbrandsinapositiveandprofessionalmanner.

-ContinuedupdatedbrandknowledgethroughglobalresourcesandBeamSuntoryGlobalBrandTeam.

-BeenahostandinvolveinalltheBeamSuntoryPRevent

WhiskyBarFlagshipOutletProgram

-Maintainingstrongbusinessrelationshipswithinadesignatedgroupofspecializedoutlets.Attendingindustryeventstobuildandmaintainstrongtraderelationswithkeybartenders.

-IncreasingawarenessandunderstandingofBeamSuntorybrandinitiativesbyworkingcloselywithkeywhiskybaroutletandsalesteams.Leadthepromotionprogramtohelpsaleteamtoachievethesaletarget.

-AssistingtheMarketingManagerswithkeydrinkofferingsandonpremisestrategiesbykeepingabreastofbarculturetrends.

Qualifications&Experience

Minimumof2years’experienceofbrandeducationisessential.

Marketingandmixdrinksskillstertiaryqualificationsabonusbutnotrequired.
