Description

Aspartofamulti-disciplinaryteam,youwillcontributetophysicallayoutfloorplanofvariousanalogchipcircuitblocks,andperformblocklevellayout,LVS/DRCverificationandusingotherCADtoolstochecklayout.

Ofcourseyouwillalsoworkcloselywithcompany'sglobaldesignteams.Additionally,youwillperformverification(LVS/DRCetc)oflayouttothefull-chiplevel,andassistinprojecttapeout.

Requirement

-Bachelordegree(orabove)inElectricalEngineeringorotherrelatedengineeringfield.

-3+yearsofICcustomlayoutworkingexperience(moreexperiencedengineershighlywelcome).

-ProficiencywithCadenceOAandCalibreverificationtoolsdesirable.

-UnderstandingofbasicCMOScircuitsisaplus.

-Englishlanguageskillinwritingandspeakingisaplus.

-Nofreshgraduateswillbeconsidered.

模拟布局设计工程师

描述

作为多学科团队的一部分,您将为各种模拟芯片电路块的物理布局平面图做出贡献,并执行块级布局,LVS/DRC验证以及使用其他CAD工具来检查布局。

当然,您也将与公司的全球设计团队紧密合作。此外,您将执行布局的验证(LVS/DRC等)到全芯片级别,并协助项目磁带输出。

需求

电气工程学士学位(或以上)或其他相关工程领域。

3年以上IC定制布局工作经验(更有经验的工程师非常受欢迎)。

-符合Cadence的OA和Caliber验证工具。

-了解基本的CMOS电路是一个加号。

-英语在写作和口语方面的技能是一个加分。
